Our purpose is not just to make one of the world’s great
olive oils. Our goal is to do so in a way that it integrates
in our life. And the oil that emerges is never only a
product that we sell to market, but an active component in
our lifes, as we strive to make them rich, interactive and
joyful.It is
important to know concerning our production that:
Our products are
not blended with lower quality oils, contrary to many
commercial olive oils which are mass-produced and often
contain solvent extracted oils
(eg. 'Pure Oil', 'Light
Oil').
